Terms and Conditions (T&C) of Blinky.

Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "T&C") apply to all sales concluded via the website blinkyskin.shop (the "Site") by the company Fesler studio, operating under the trade name Blinky. (the "Company"), with its registered office located at Rue Washington 64a, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium, registered with the BCE under number 1038669862 (the "Seller").

Any order placed on the Site implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these T&C by the Client.

Article 2: Price

The prices of the products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (TTC). They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Delivery costs are indicated to the Client before the final validation of their order.

The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is recorded.

Article 3: Ordering

The Client declares to have the legal capacity to contract. Any order is firm and definitive upon confirmation of payment by the Client. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Client with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Article 4: Delivery

Products are shipped directly from the warehouses of our partners in South Korea. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. The Company cannot be held responsible for delivery delays independent of its will (strikes, customs controls, etc.).

All our products are legally imported into Europe by us. The Company's EORI number is provided to the supplier for customs clearance.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Belgian legislation, the Client has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Return Procedure:

1. The Client must notify their intention to withdraw by e-mail to blinkynco09@gmail.com before the expiry of the 14-day period.

2. The products must be returned by the Client in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), to the following address:Fesler studio (Blinky.) Rue Washington 64a 1050 Ixelles Belgium

3. Return shipping costs are entirely at the Client's expense.

4. Opened, unsealed, or used products cannot be taken back for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Once the return is received and validated, the Company will proceed to refund the order amount (product + standard delivery costs) within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the purchase.

Article 6: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Payment is made by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the Site. Payment is secured by Stripe and/or Shopify Payments platforms.

Article 7: Legal Guarantee

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles 1649bis and following of the Belgian Civil Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Belgian Civil Code), allowing the Client to obtain the replacement or refund of a defective product.

Article 8: Personal Data

The Company is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by the Client. This data is necessary for managing orders and tracking the commercial relationship. The Client has the right to access, rectify, and oppose personal data concerning them.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Any reproduction, exploitation, or redistribution, even partial, is prohibited.

Article 10: Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&C are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Client contacts the Company first to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels will have sole jurisdiction.
